Worst hospital. This hospital should be reported. I had normal typhoid infection and the doctor made a heavy bill of around 12000 which was worst and they charge a lot. Above that my condition became worst as I started shivering at night. The doctors are not experienced. After 2 days when I left that hospital and consulted other doctor, the doctor said I had nothing but normal infection which can treated with normal medication. I was fine in just a day with 250 RS medicines.
If there is an option to give negative rating I would prefer that the lowest rating for this hospital in the Hi-tech City Hyderabad. One of the worst hospital in Hitech City Hyderabad. Doctors are not qualified, the only main purpose of the doctor is to take the patient admission,they only start with you have to admit here, your condition is very serious even without medical tests. Very rude behaviour of doctors and employees here. The charges are likely sky touching i.e. 1 hours bed charge Rs. 500INR. ,for a injection they will cost Rs. 100INR etc. The consultation fee is Rs. 750 INR in which they only talk to you about your health and they will say you to admit here only otherwise your health condition will get worst nothing else on the name of consultation. The bed & rooms are not like as they charge to us, in very bad condition of bed & room comparison to Government hospital bed. Never visit here otherwise you will regret.
Good treatment given to my wife. Dr Satya in person took care and supported even during midnight. Had issues with insurance. The hospital admin team took care and supported all insurance queries. Those who are giving negative reviews might not have visited other corporate hospitals. This hospital charged very little compared to other hospitals.

When I attempted to seek reimbursement or clarify the charges with the hospital's billing department, I faced numerous hurdles and delays. The hospital failed to provide the necessary documentation and support required to resolve the issue, further exacerbating my frustration. Overall, my experience at Image Hospital was characterized by unnecessary walking and a lack of transparency regarding the financial aspects of my treatment. These factors significantly detracted from the quality of care I received and left me feeling dissatisfied as a patient. I hope that the hospital administration takes these concerns into account and works towards improving the patient experience and addressing their financial practices.
Worst, worst treatment and the docters are unprofessional, they check my bp, it was around 160/100 but i check the bp in another hospital but it is normal 120/76 , they charge me around 1k fees, I recommend not go to this hospital

It is worst hospital in the India. If whenever patient comes with normal fever and cold, you will get bill around 5000. They charge you for everything seeprately and asked and scared you do all the necessary test without proper understanding of patients problem. These people just loot the money of patients and don't treat properly. Highly recommended, not to visit this hospital ever your life. Please go to other hospitals. I think small clinics will treat better than this hospital doctors. The management is very rude, hospital nurses and staff are very rude when talking to patients. I gonna file a complaint to Telangana medical council to close these kind of hospitals immediately to save people's money and life.
