One of the best gym & fitness centres in Belapur. I've been a regular member for over 4 months now. Their weight loss program has been very effective - I've lost almost 15kgs in the last 4 months. The staff is very supportive and facilities are very well maintained. They are also helping my wife with her fitness journey taking into consideration her unique requirements related to PCOD, thyroid and other related aspects. They are providing me nutrition guidance as well to achieve my weight loss & fitness goals. They also have facilities for crossfit, zumba, and aerobics etc. along with the very well equipped gym.
I achieved my Target in a very short period of time and I'm more comfortable with the way I look now! All thanks to my trainer Ajit Sir who helped me to reach my Target, also thanks to Sachin sir who designed my fitness program to achieve my Goal....the place has a Great ambiance to workout!
