It was great experience , through this internship I have improved my practical skills, knowledge through the training session and master classes provided by mentors and Ayaz Arab sir. I have Worked as an HR Intern in ILP Overseas for 4 months as it was a great experience i have gained knowledge and improved practical skills through the various workshops and training sessions organised for interns. These sessions not only enhanced my technical skills but also helped me develop essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management. world. I am grateful for the opportunities for growth and learning provided by this internship, and I look forward to applying these insights to contribute effectively to the field of human resources in my future endeavours .

I worked as a HR Intern at ILP Overseas Pvt. Ltd. for 2 months. The experience was very enriching and resourceful due to the training sessions and masterclasses provided by our mentors and Ayaz Arab Sir and for I got to learn skills like hiring, recruiting, sourcing and interviewing candidates. My experience in ILP overseas was great, I worked here as HR officer in the company and it was very good experience here, i learnt lot of things from here, talking about the master classes which were taken by Ayaz Arab sir were very fascinating, and all the topics were very fresh for me , all the sessions were very informative and productive for me. I have gained knowledge, improved communication, and managed my stress level too. It was a good experience doing an internship at this company.
