The Apple Store told me I would need to change the whole screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace the fault speaker and mic. Thankfully I took it to I lounge at Powai instead - and the service engineer there simply cleaned the speaker and the phone is working again. Great service, very professional and for a very welcome change, really customer centric!
Very professional. Have been a regular customer of the Thane store. Visited the Chandivali store today for the first time today. Equally great experience. One can trust these guys blindly and be assured that your apple products would be taken care of with utmost care.And that too at very fair and reasonable rates. Didn't charge me anything today saying it was a very minor job!!

Excellent service. I have an iPhone X. Was not able to hear on calls. He took 10 seconds and the problem was solved. For the battery he said, keep using it is in healthy state and replacement not needed. Did not even charge a rupee. Genuine customer service, will not give wrong advice or unnecessarily loot money from you.
It's worst guyz Because it been only 20 days of purchasing iPhone 11 and in that I m facing the heating issue from the day 1 and when I went to the service center they did not provide me any good satisfied services I was just being given a solution that they had format my iPhone thought iTunes that's all and they where like use it for some days . It was such a worst experience I told them it's not possible for me to again and again visit the Apple service center I have work from home I had specially took a leave so that I can go to the service center . But they are like if you face any issue you have to visit here. I mean it's pathetic the person is saying it's probably and their reply is so worst like I did talk with it engineer only and I don't understand are they even sitting there to help or to just do time pass Worst experience I regret buying iPhone 11 I regret giving my iPhone 7 Never thought I would face such issue with apple My trust is completely gone through apple. My iPhone stopped charging and dreading the nightmare of having to change phones on a working day, I rushed to the ilounge in Powai. Wasim was very helpful, immediately cleaning out my phone charging port as well as the speaker unit. The phone immediately started charging. When I asked for how much I should pay, he politely refused payment saying they don't charge for such a small thing. I felt indebted to him for getting me out of a soup and I insisted on paying, even suggesting that I give my phone for servicing. He contacted the owner Mr. Sarju who said that if there's no issue with the phone, he wouldn't recommend servicing. What can I say! Glad to meet such helpful and honest people especially when you're stuck... you have a customer for life! My first review ever and I'm glad it's over such a positive experience! Thank you.
I give 5 Star to ILounge for their quick and professional service. They not only resolved the problem with my phone within seconds (without any charge) but also guided me to do the basic resolution on DIY basis. Really very good people. God bless and keep growing
