I would like to share an horrific experience my friend had been through. He had applied for an opening in ILF after having received an email from their HR Mr. D.... He was called for an interview at their Andheri office. He was excited and went to attend the interview in the midst of the Covid pandemic. There, the company head one Mr. B...... Interviewed him. They told him that he has been selected and will soon receive an email/offer letter from their HR. They gave him the following three options to work with the company. 1) Work from the office 2) Work from home with intermittent office visits as and when required. 3) Work as a freelance for the company During the course of his interview, they shrewdly asked him about his professional contacts from the past organizations he worked with to which he replied in affirmative that he knows quite a few management fellows in those specific organizations. Actually their (ILF) purpose was to extract certain project related inside information from these organizations. He reached home after the interview and sent them an email the very next day conveying his willingness to work with them. He opted to work from home in view of the current pandemic scenario. Couple of days passed, he did not receive any offer/appointment letter from them. He kept calling/texed both the HR guy and the company head. There was no concrete response besides the HR guy telling that i will check the mail and revert. One week passed. There was no reply from them. Then one day the HR guy Mr. D.... Called him and said that during the interview, he (my friend) was asked to get some information about a particular project from one organisation where he had some contacts. My friend was shocked as how can they (ILF) ask me to get any information without even giving any appointment letter for which he had been following up since last one week. Since he was in need of some job, he got the required information and conveyed it to them with the hope that he may get the appointment letter. Days passed, but he never got the appointment letter and they exploited his contacts to get the specific project related info by conducting pseudo interview. I would like to caution the prospective job seekers to stay away from such a fraud company.
The scale of services are very high. They have a wide variety of services and are Venturing very aggressively in to solar energy sector as well. They are serving many countries of wide geographies.
