The ambience is lovely. Great place to host function superb and beautiful open lawn. Their staff is very cooperative and helpful. If you are going as a group then you must go at Ilara Chennai OMR. The rooms are good and nice.

Situated in a prime location between coal barbecue and Geetham, it's perfect as they do not offer any breakfast nor extra water bottles. They provide 3 500ml water bottle in the room and that's it, any extra bottle is chargeable. Restaurants nearby are doing really good which will take up most of the parking space. It's tough to find a spot on weekend evenings. The reception service is poor with not trained staffs, but at least they make you sit while you wait for the staff to figure it all out. Rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. Comfortable pillows but spring beds. Swimming pool is open from 7 to 7.

Poor service. Delayed check in. No water in rest rooms. Rooms were good but not clean. 10am check out is not acceptable.

Great location. Ample space in parking. Walk around lawn and pool Reception - 1/5 : Xerox shop has a better setup than this. Property - Use to be great once, there is 200% potential to revive. But must change the staffs and maintenance completely. What can you expect with uninterested people around - Food - 3/5 on quality, taste. Staff behaviour 1/5 : Rude and not supposed to be in service industry. No coordination between reception, kitchen and bar orders. No response mostly, they do not reply. They can't understand Tamil or English. Pool - 3/5 But there is no cleanliness. Pre post showers aren't available. Anyone can come and jump in directly without pre shower . Spa : Good source of revenue, may be. But I would not comment anything since we have not used it. YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE THAN THIS EASILY AROUND, FOR THE SAME PRICE RANGE

You can't expect much from them for this fare. Value for your money. Rooms are spacious. Service is average Provided only two half litre bottles as a complimentary rest will be chargeable. It needs to be changed

It's one of the top class hotel cum resort in Chennai OMR. I love the location surrounded with so Many shopping options and hotels also. The staffs are wonderful and very much helpful. Best customer service. The breakfast was nice. It's strongly recommended place.

As a regular visitor here for room and spa.. it was the great stay and very good staff support and you have near by Restarants , swimming pool and spa .. the rooms are so quite and peaceful you can have pleasant day if you book the rooms here .. strongly recommended for families friends and couples too
