Overrated and unprofessional. My worst experience with salon in life. They kept me hanging for my pre-wedding preparation and denied services 2 days before. Will not recommend to anyone, there are better places to go in city.

I regret to say that it was one of the worst experience I've had which completely ruined my day. The staff members and owner was extremely rude and showed no regard for my satisfaction. They treated me with complete disregard for my needs and preferences. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The makeup artist was completely dismissive of my requests when I tried to voice my concerns, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of empathy. instead the owner told me to look for another salon which was not possible at the last moment and left me feeling completely helpless. This was unacceptable behaviour especially since I had already booked an appointment and had made arrangements to visit the salon. The owner showed no regard for my concerns or satisfaction and seemed more interested in getting rid of me than help me. I left feeling angry and completely dissatisfied with my experience. Customers not only want to receive a good service but they also want to feel valued and respected. A business that provides both quality service and good behaviour is more likely to have satisfied and loyal customers. I'm sorry but you lost your loyal customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such an bad experience I want light make up they did it very badly and I have paid them 5000 but no satisfied they are just forcing me to get different make up package I am from jaipur I just got ruined my wedding bcoz of them very bad girls just don't visit there

0star should be given, they used poor quality of makeup and their charges is very high according to their makeup then after they will charge additionally like eye lenses, eye lashes and other charges will be additional and m very disappointed with the behaviour. The owner is very rude. And my makeup was black after 1 hour only. M very disappointed and their hair stylish is a according 15,16year old boy which is totally blank about hair styles.

I went to get myself ready for my wedding I not only get bridal Makeup but also happiness that was unvaluable. Thank you so much to make my day super special

This was my first at ikonik Salon and I loved it. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be back.
