Very bad experience hospital is mismanage Staff illiterate behaviour very rough of all staff bottom to top, washroom , lift , staircase all dirty, Only this hospital need money it's an business bay center. Allah help the patient... Unexperience doctors and staff.. People are helpless No other option

Good hospital and doctors, 2 times i was visit there, but in opd section no toilet facility availeble in this hospital thats why manny pationt facing problem

"I visited the hospital for a medical emergency, but I had to wait for several hours before receiving treatment. It would be helpful if the hospital could improve its wait times and provide more timely care to patients." Few months back I had an appointment with one of your doctor ALTAF and unfortunately, their assistant's DR, ASNA behavior left a lot to be desired. They were impatient, short-tempered, and overall, did not seem to care about my well-being. I felt uncomfortable asking questions and expressing my concerns. It would be helpful if the hospital could provide additional training to their staff on how to communicate with patients in a more empathetic and respectful manner." I hope you can address this issue to improve the patient experience in the future. And the facility was not as clean as I had hoped. It would be beneficial if the hospital could implement better cleaning protocols to maintain a more hygienic environment for patients.

Very bad experience till yet , very let service doctors are not on time someone say like doctor will come at 2 o clock we wait till 2 o clock then they tell doctor went to other city he will come after 2 days than they West time of patient . Because of them ... Please doctors stay in hospital it's your responsibility people's believe on you

Extremly commercial and cheater hospital. My mother was admitted in summer period. We had taken special room. Drinking water was not available every time i complained they directed toward medical to buy water bottle. They charged for doctor visit even when doctor did not visit one day. One patient asked for dicount to medical, after denial the patient bought the medicine from outside, the hospital's drugist warned the patient not to provide drugs in emergency.
