IKON by Annapoorna - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

I and my family spent 3D/2N (30/9) at IKON by Annapoorna and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Even though the lifts were small but was in good working condition and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Sufficient towels and other toiletries were provided. The TV was not working initially and called the front desk to rectify the issue. Within minutes, the technician arrived and solved the issue. They have a Safe box too. Even the toilet was so clean. Breakfast was first class. The food was very delicious. Staff were very friendly. Especially staff from the doorman section and Breakfast section. Thumbs Up to them. Front office staff helped us to call for a taxi as we are foreigners. Overall, 10/10. I will surely recommend to my friends of IKON Annapoorna.

The room so very nice and clean. Some staff are very friendly and others Parking arrangements were not that good for two wheelers who deserve quite good. You know the breakfast was good. Also laundry timing was bit off but that's okay. You know there can be arrangements made overall I would say it was amazing Hotel made out experience in Coimbatore. Much more better. Thank you

While there is no doubt that the hotel is in a prime area and the food served in its restaurant is excellent, there are areas that are big minus. The two elevators are too narrow and small. As the elevators are your first step into the hotel, the impression about the hotel takes a beating as you step in. Inside room, no bath soap cake is seen provided, instead bath gel is kept in big dispensers. One needed to ask the housekeeping to get a bath soap. There is no parking facility in the premises and dropping off and picking up guests is a task in itself.

Great place in the heart of the city. Fantastic South Indian breakfast. However, the dinner was a bit letdown....the soup was warm at best, parota was undercooked and the appam was not very hot...maybe it was a one off day for the restaurant. South Indian meals was not available for dinner. Suggest the restaurant staff are more attentive and serve food quickly from the kitchen. The rooms are well maintained with quick room service.

The rooms are very good and well maintained. Food is awesome. Room service is also good but the number of water bottles provided is limited to 4 bottles (500ml)/day. For extra water bottles they are charging.

My stay was pleasant there. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The only reason I've rated 3 for service is that reaching the reception had been a hassle before and during my stay. It'd be nice if they had coffee available 24/7.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance, option of vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurant at the hotel itself. Staff is extremely helpful. Will surely visit again!
