Very nice view from the top... U can see entire iit and surrounding areas ... admire how beautiful area is. Very good for morning and evening walk. But Visiting timing is 6am to 5 pm
One of most beautiful place at inside the IIT-G Campus the vibes of these place is amazing nd feel fresh.
Personally I felt the trek up the view point was better than the destination. Don't forget to take a bottle of water but please don't litter. Once you're up there you can see a wide view picture of the massive campus and it only makes you realize how small we are.
It is not that good in rainy season due to vegetation growth. But U can enjoy the morning walk over there with friends.
Beautiful place. One can see the beauty of IIT Guwahati campus from here. This place is accessible with walk and drive. The morning sunrise and evening sunset gives a better perspective of view. you can enjoy an evening or morning trip with your friends.

This is probably one of the most beautiful place inside the beautiful campus of IIT Guwahati. From here you can have an amazing view of this campus sport complex, New SAC building, hostels, etc. From Suvanshri gate it's distance to the top peak point is approximately 3km and it's quite steep.
