Very bad staff. Don't risk your family members health as the hospital is having very poor staff Most of the staff is new and having no experience. They try to procrastinating things and tell to check with someone else telling other people's name. Nursing staff on phone busy with phone only. Govind having good knowledge in emergency and Sonu in ICU are good Reception girl and fresher Nurse who are students, putting wrong date on patient's tag twice not sure how they will give medicines or injections Rohit , shashi on second floor totally unresponsive. Washroom of the ICU was in bad condition. Everyone takes a lot of time in their work. Arun in TPA is good. Nice temple in the campus of lord Ram, Shiva & Sai Baba with hungry fishes in the pond water surrounding temple. Do carry some AATA if u go to feed the fishes. Actually INFRA they have made good but the staff is poor so patient has to suffer. Canteen boy, Rahul is the best. Greeting and serving food with smile. Hope you and your family stay healthy. It will be a great mistake if someone goes to this hospital. Fully commercial and they want only to make money. It's like a monopoly they are running. Nonsense hospital and it's not a hospital it's a commercial institute. Doctors also like that and. Supporting in looting people. U go for heart issue they will do eye to ear all test and charge u. For money being charged atleast they should have maintained hygiene that also these people are not capable of. Don't ever go to this hospital

Service for admitted patients is too poor. Staff of the hospital is completely non responsive, non cooperative and has no respect to pateint and the persons with them. No attention is given on contact with the staff on counters. I have been waiting for 2 hours for billing and papers of discharge, but no responsibility is being discharged by any staff.

Nursing care is very poor. CT SCAN, PATH lab, ultrasound, TPA and Food quality is good. Dr Abhinav Rastogi is very good and caring. Management must pay attention towards *NURSING CARE* to improve the image of the hospital.

If you are visiting for OPD, be prepared for min two hours. Out of which Reception will take 45 minutes, doctor will take only 15 minutes and finally Medical store will 45 - 60 minutes to give medicines. Very slow and indifferent staff. Doctors are best in town but paramedic and supporting staff is just horrible. Far far below industry standards.

Poor facilities in IIMT, all staf members not aware about the process of OPD. The manager also not able to handle the situation. As i have seen the staff are involve in personal affairs.

Deserve Negative. Don't have proper doctors and staff. No one know how to read x-ray or MRI's. My father was admitted for more than 10 days but no one know the exact point/details of injury. Pathetic and Negligence patient care.
