The campus facilities, while decent, could use some improvements, especially when compared to other institutions. The college administration's communication and responsiveness could be better, as I have faced issues with timely updates and resolving grievances. Additionally, the college's location in Jabalpur may not suit everyone's preferences. The city lacks the vibrant atmosphere of larger urban centers, and finding suitable internships or job opportunities in the field of interest can be challenging. Furthermore, the lack of a diverse range of extracurricular activities and clubs has left me feeling somewhat restricted in pursuing my interests outside academics. Overall, my time at IIITDM Jabalpur has been underwhelming, and I believe the institute could benefit from addressing some of these issues to provide a more fulfilling experience for its students."

Good educational place, nice ambient, outside from city.

Indian institute of information technology design manufacturing jabalpur is the only best institute for the quality education in Jabalpur. The whole campus is ragging free and is famous for research and well qualified faculties. Institute is located on airport road outside the city of distance approx 8 km. A very peaceful and charming environment in the whole campus. Many courses like B.Tech M.tech, B.des, M.des and PhD are offered for students. Placemnets of the institute is very good!! raadhe raadhe

It was declared to be Institute of National Importance by Government of India under IIIT

I had visited the place to attend a workshop. IIITDM is famous for quality education, research and well qualified facilities. Campus is far away from city but it is huge and beautiful. Beware of wild animal and snacks as it is very near to a wild life century. Guest house facility is very nice with comfortable AC rooms, delicious food and good staff.Full campus is wheelchair accessible. It was a happy 5 day stay there.

Last 5 days of ending of college life.I must say everyday in IIITDMJ is heaven with friends

Ranked about 90 in top ranking Engineering institute of our country this institute is centre of knowledge for future of India. IITDM Jabalpur is the only IIIT which provides facilities of studying Design stream alongwith Core Engineering subjects. Hostel is available and mandatory for all students. Though quality of fooding is not good enough but it is supplemented by canteen in each hostel building. Campus is expanded in huge area around 35 hectares. Institute provides Bus facilities for Jabalpur City which is located about 12 km from here. Admission is granted through JEE and UCEED.

The Institute is situated on Dumna Airport Road and it offers B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D.courses. The infrastructure is good and on campus accommodation is must for all students. It's a fully funded central Govt. Institute unlike most of the other IIITs. From Railway station it is about 10 Km and auto fare is about 250.
