The kirtistambh is the glory of nawabs of palanpur. It constructed in 1918 in palanpur near railway station by Nawab Taley Mohammed khan. Better than some other area of palanpur. It is near to railway junction and local bus station of palanpur. Almost neat place. You will find some breakfast and fastfood stall here. The gate of kirtistambh is almost always closed but well maintained place. There is also historical place named 'pataleshwar mahadev temple' next to it. If you get exhausted of traffic noise and congestion of city you can come here and sit for sometimes tk relax, not only at night but even at the broad day light.
