3rd class service, I have taken Home loan from IIFL but without my signature loan and without site visit has disbursed. Regarding this i am doing follow up from 2018 but not getting any reply from IIFL. Please don't take any product from IIFL its fraud company....

This is very difficult to notice place. I went here after a rain, and the entrance was almost impossible to make because of water logging. The area around the place is very patchy. There is no visitor parking so if you are driving, good luck finding right spot as the area around the building is usually full. Inside the building, reception area is large, however, with inadequate seating arrangement. You have to make an entry via a kiosk and wait till your host accept your entrance. Then you are given a gate pass basis the floor you need to go. Here again, inadequacy of only 2 lifts is evident which is generally full and there is often up to 5 mins wait time.
Overall it's a bad and worst financial institution and it's worst they don't close your loan nor they provide you with foreclosure letter process is worst employee clicking photos outside office but nobody is there to attend the query of customers wasting money rather then save it to improve never come to this kind of office and waste your valuable time and money never take any kind of loan from this punks
