It's a nice building. We went here for interview in ameex company. Some of my friends got selected and doing there job in this tower. Nice view from the top.
9 floors, 5 lifts, car parking and bike parking lot available. Easy for employees. Cafeteria is not much variety of shops and those available are economical. Working 24/7. Care on lift emergencies are appreciated. Area is present with many shops nearby.

An IT park located at Kandanchavadi just behind OMR Road. It Contains 9 Floors with Full of Corporate offices and a Cafeteria. Ground floor is for reception and car parking and bike parking is located at underground... Good maintenance and Good parking spaces.
Nice location on the OMR road but very dirty. The building maintenance team don't seem to be working at all. There are smelly stairs, cranky lifts.
A well connected place in OMR chennai via govt buses. Canteen with breakfast lunch snacks facility... a couple of IT, bpo and other companies have their office spaces in IIFL. Ameex, Codemantra, Cyence, Psiog Digital, Surgicom, Workafella to name a few..
A good business centre....reception ambiance good....receptionist dignified courteous and helpfull...security personnel too was courteous..elevators well maintained serviced and efficient...the cafeteria on level 5 is good neat and clean...housekeeping was good...food offered by outlets good...wash area adequate and large...had the capacity to handle large numbers...
Small IT park and I had chance to place a stall on festival season. Cafeteria will have limited food options for outsiders as they provide free food for employees.
