Such clean and beautiful room. We truly enjoyed breakfast and dinner with such a vast variety of foods, fruits, bakery items, sweets etc. that has such a great taste. The staff was so friendly and always smiling, helpful just like family. Really our stay was memorable and we will surely come again. I had an awesome and pleasant stay. The room is hygienic and well maintained. Support staff are very polite.

I had a wonderful experience at the IIDL Suites Mayur Vihar. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, from the chefs to the manager to the cleaning staff all were delightful and eager to help! All staff are amazing persons and very helpful Rooms were clean and airy with an old money charm that's inviting and downright classic. Definitely, a must-go if you're looking for a good relaxing getaway.

A Budget 5 Star Hotel, Situated near by New Ashok Nagar Metro( 950 Metres by walk). They offer average food, but you can order from outside, they have no Smoke alarm or anything of that sort so you can enjoy with whatever you want. They have pool (a small one) , rooms have no great view or anything of that sort, try to take rooms on upper floor as you will have a wider view of road from your balcony.

Completely unacceptable with the amount of money you pay. The swimming pool is out of service. Any service you order takes a long while to be catered to. Was handed over the room without the washroom being cleaned.

I was travelling internationally and just wanted a checkin around 9:30 am just 1 and 30 hr before. But they have a room and wanted rs 2800. Been first rime visiting this hotel. Regretting my booking as they are not atall cooperative. Never going to book again.

The service was very inconvenient....and very disappointing.... it's a five star hotel but I swear it didn't felt like even three star....they were not allowing single guest....I mean we were having business meeting but they didn't helped us to do that smoothly Even we asked for basic room service they couldn't even fulfill that. Very disappointed.

First of all now its become govt property, they dont have any protocols to follow. I had a terrible instance there . A housekeeping staff literally abused me when i was ordering cutlery. When i complaint him in front desk they were rude too . I mean i paid 7k for a say in a 5 start a hotel . Even they said we can raise that concern after 2 days because our manger is on off . I mean legit they dont have any solution for that . And this hotel staff have a 0 hospitality. That they legit abused in front of a WOMEN . I request you guys not to choose this property its not safe for a women. After that at mid night i checkout the hotel and switched to another hotel. Because I didn't feel safe.
