IHR and it's doctors are a blessing. I have never been more happier. Thanks to the entire team of IHR for giving the joy of family to me. All the staffs are also very helpful and cordial.

Not recommended. It's dirty and overcrowded and the non-medical staff + pharmacists are rude and acts like they hate their jobs and treats the patient and attendants like dirt. It was a very negative experience and I regret bringing my mother here for treatment. If you have money, I recommend to go elsewhere. We're giving money to get treatment, you're not doing us any favour.

We recently had the pleasure of giving birth to our child's at IHR, and cannot sing their praises enough. From start to finish, our experience at this hospital was exceptional, and we are extremely grateful for the wonderful care received during our stay. First and foremost, the staff at IHR were top-notch. Each and every nurse, doctor, and support staff member that attended to me during my stay was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. They took the time to answer all of our questions, address our concerns, and ensure that we felt comfortable and well-cared for at all times. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout our stay, and we always felt confident that we were in the best hands possible. The facility itself was also impressive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment for both ourselves and our babies. The amenities provided, such as a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and ample storage space, made our stay feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the hospital had advanced medical equipment and technology, which further reassured us of their commitment to providing the highest quality care. The postpartum care at IHR was exceptional. The lactation consultants were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, providing me with invaluable guidance and assistance in establishing breastfeeding. The nurses routinely checked on my wife and our babies, ensuring that mother and babies were recovering well and adjusting to our new roles as parents. They also provided us with postpartum education, teaching us important skills such as diaper changing, bathing, and caring for a newborn, which was tremendously helpful as first-time parents. One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the hospital's emphasis on family-centered care. They promoted a warm and inclusive environment, allowing me to be present throughout the delivery, and postpartum period of my wife. They encouraged family bonding time and actively supported us in creating cherished memories during those initial precious moments with our newborns. The hospital also provided comprehensive follow-up care, arranging appointments with pediatricians and offering resources for postpartum support groups and healthcare providers. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend IHR for pregnancy and delivery care. The exceptional staff, state-of-the-art facility, and dedicated postpartum support all contributed to our positive experience. Bringing a child into the world can be an overwhelming and emotional experience, but thanks to the exceptional care provided by this hospital, I felt safe, supported, and empowered during this important milestone in our life. Cons.- Imaging equipment's such as USG, Doppler etc are not adequate and images are not clear compared to state of the art machines available in the marketplace.

IHR Guwahati is a well organised hospital with all the facilities. The doctors and nurses and other staffs here are so so good. They made my delivery more easy. I thank each one of them from the depth of my heart.

The service of the hospital is outstanding. The nurses are very welcoming and warm. Both child nurse and mother nurse are present 24 x 7 to take care of all the needs whatsoever. The doctors are well experienced.
