IHA designs is a ladies only shop for clothes.. Went there yesterday. Customer friendly. Staff are well mannered. And the choice of clothes is also better than most textile shops. Recommended.

Very bad experience with the customer care service. I ordered an unstictched salwar suit worth rs 2500 from online. But the suit material is insufficient length approximately 1.45 meters.how can i stitch a salwar top with that,It has only front and sleeve portion material, the back portion is missing. They mentioned in their website that it has plain portion attached in the back, i can't get it. I tried customers care several time for replacement ,They tell that they want opening video otherwise not accepted refunt or replacement.iam a regular customer so that i trust them, iam not taking opening video while receiving the product.. Iam very disappointed because i love the colour and banarasi black sari of that material and ordered.

Walk into the shop without any second thought and experience their magical customer service. I was skeptic about their product and service due to low Google review rating. As soon as enter the shop, all these thoughts got vanished. You will be welcomed by a team of friendly, helpful and courteous staffs. I am so grateful to Mrs. Sabitha in assisting me, which made my shopping delighted. She was always ready to help without interrupting our choices. Kudos to the whole team. I ordered a gown on September 30,2023 and I am writing this review on December 6th of 2023. Till this day I didn't get my order. I mailed them about this and initially they responded. The last response said the product is dispatched from the facility. I called them on November and the call wouldn't connect in the first place and finally when the call was connected, they said the order will be dispatched in a week. And I waited hoping that it will come. Today I called again saying all these and demanded refund. They are telling that refund is not possible. What value do these people give to people's hard earned money? Worst online shopping experience ever. Neither do they don't have the responsibility to dispatch the order on time nor they have any value for their customer's money or time. I paid above 1700 and they have zero value for that. I want my refund or I am going to consumer court.

I liked Iha Designs from my personal experience when I visited them this week. I was greeted by a Customer Service Ambassador and she guided me exactly which floor I should visit for my respective purchases. I visited Iha after watching them their online website and FB posts..I purchased what I wanted as per my liking and I absolutely liked their customer service and taking down every detail as per my discussion and requirements. Totally recommend Iha Designs..They have stock of only unique collections and that's what I like about Iha...Don't visit if you are having expectations like Other Big Saree And Wedding stores in metro cities in Kerala... Because The Best designer wears which are limited are available in Iha...Not a wide range but limited so you are not confused with so many when we need to finalize and pick a saree or designer wear as per our liking....and I can assure you will not leave Iha Designs without picking up something ..You dont have to spend hours looking out for the best...you just need to tell them your exact precise requirements and budget and they will display it to you....Hence I give a 5 star rating...

Very bad experience while purchasing online. They sent one dress which was torn at two places. When asked for replacement, just one hour after the product delivery , they are not at all cooperating. Very very bad experience. Never purchasing from them again

No star nothing I want to give. Such a bad experience with this shop. I ordered 2 sarees and paid more than 5000. And they sent different colours and the cloud don't like it. Okay! I called many many many times and said unnecessary excuses, I called again and ended the call and Called again and was busy. Now no one Is answering the call. I live outside of India and order items in the middle of the night and Early morning around 3 am -2 am time zone here. I waited till the shop opened to call somebody and answer me. All my expectations were gone. I will never ever order and support and recommend someone to this shop. Buy from a small shop and they will respect your needs and answer you. I ordered a few items from small shops as well and they did a great job and were extremely happy for them. If anyone needs proof let me know. I have clear evidence. If you don't know your customer's needs and styles please don't sell your products online. Learn how to deal with customers' problems first rather not making money. Your taking profit of someones tears and sweat and those people will not success in future. Things will be back to someday!!! And giving 1 star is at least you sent 2 sarees!!

It's a good option for causal wears,ethic wears and wedding lehanga etc. Gud quality material. There services are gud. All the sales girls are gud souls. They have a gud helping mentality. They help us a lot. Parking facility is also available.
