Here .they didn't know any language other than malayalam. We see that people who came from other state and countries having difficulty to communicate with them.And price is not fixed .they change the amount as they want.

Not recommend for families as you won't expect cleanliness in Igloo Residency. We were disappointed on seeing the rooms and bathroom which is not as given in the booking sites.
The only advantage of this hotel is near to Pookode lake and Lakkidi view point, just 800 mt to poookode lake and 3 kms to lakkidi. Apart from this, hotel rooms and service is very poor. No cleanliness, cockroaches and ants are there in the room. Water leakage problem in the bathroom. Parking facility is ok.
My stay was fine with no issue regarding hospitality & services. It was double bedded room well maintained along with another single mattress was provided. Washroom was decent, staff behavior was nice located in a prime area. So overall it's a worth the price hotel.

We visited the pretty Pookode Lake in December 2018. Apart from the boating facilities at the lake there is a very nice Jogging Park with a paved walking track. We spent about half an hour taking a stroll around the lake beneath the shady trees. The

Great natural ambience. Drink is unadulterated so safe to drink. We drank in the evening so it was a bit sour.morning could've been lot better. You drink in the naturally very good location. That's something to experience.
