Igloo Ice Cream Parlour - Ice cream shop in Kannur - Kannur, India

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and ignored by the staff. It took a long time for someone to even acknowledge my presence and seat me at a table. Once I was seated, it took even longer for someone to come take my order. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and not cooked to my specifications. When I tried to flag down a server to address the issue, they were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, when I finally did get someone's attention and expressed my dissatisfaction with the food, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience with their poor customer service. There are plenty of other options in the area that value their customers and provide a much better dining experience.

Visiting this restaurant will be waste of money.Very bad experience.Food quality was very bad.We ordered one fried rice and one noodles.Fried rice looks like daal kichadi and the noodles doesn't have salt.The service also very bad.only I can say the vibe was good.Cant recommend to anyone

Nice place to spend with your loved ones. You can find really tasty verieties of ic creams, faloodas and juices. The staffs are veey gentle and good hospitality. The ice cream parlour is in the second floor above their restaurant. The seating arrangement is very nice.

Waste of money, Don't eat Milk shakes. Not Priority to customer satisfaction

Gud ice cream parlour and restaurant. They offer deserts like falooda and sundaes. They also offer biryani and other items. Service is gud and have a good wash areas too. Nice place to chill. Locating it is a but difficult task as it is in the first floor of bus stand.

The worst experience ever in my life. Staffs are very rude and misbehave to customers.

The staffs are not polite, ordered chicken noodles, came very cold , tasteless ( no salt or spicy). Coffee came after 20 min, bought from outside. It was too cold. When I complained they told it made from another place and they bought it. Coffee bring without covering the glasses. Not at all recommend.
