Worst resort experience I've ever been to I will say A big nooo for this property...we spoiled our first day of vacation due to this resort as we booked this hotel by watching the photos online & rates doesn't match reality. The rooms were too small very damo and smelly. Bed and cushion covers were also dirty. Not recommended at all.

If you are planning to go to Igatpuri for a stay for a couple of days then Igatpuri Hills Retreat is the place to stay. Their management was way beyond amazing. We loved the services they provided us on our 2 days stay. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, it is situated next to the Igatpuri-Nashik highway(on the service road) The rooms were clean and hygienic. The food was amazing. We loved each and every cuisine they served us. The quality and taste of the food was far better than what we expected. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, each and every food item on our plate was delicious. I would especially mention Mr. Mahesh from the Restaurant department for his apt, polite and timely services and Mr. Abhay from the management team who made sure the customers were provided all the facilities that the management could provide. If anything we wanted was within their reach they would provide us even at odd hours. Tourist spots like Talegaon dam, Railway lake, Myanmar Gate lies in 2km-5km radius of the hotel and Bahuli Dam and River is 5km-7km from this hotel. Also, the entire staff was Humble, Polite and Helpful. Overall, the experience of staying in Igatpuri Hills Retreat was a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay to anyone and everyone who wants to explore Igatpuri.

Where do I even begin with this absolute nightmare of a hotel? From the moment I stepped foot into this place, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I've stayed in budget accommodations before, but this was beyond anything I could have imagined. Firstly, the cleanliness was appalling. The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by a musty smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. The carpets were stained and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The bathroom was no better, with dirty tiles and a moldy shower curtain. I couldn't bear to touch anything without feeling disgusted. The service was equally dreadful. The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of assistance or even basic courtesy. They barely acknowledged my presence during check-in and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the facilities. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, making it nearly impossible to get any work done. And don't even get me started on the sad excuse for a breakfast they served. Stale pastries and watery coffee should not be considered breakfast options. In conclusion, this hotel was an absolute disaster. The lack of cleanliness, terrible service, unbearable noise, false amenities, and poor location made my stay here a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually cares about its guests' comfort and satisfaction.
