Patients are made to wait from 7AM for Doctor to arrive at 9AM. No one is welcome after 9AM. In the world where time is the essence, you need to spend almost the whole day for a 15 minutes appointment. Something that can be done so easily with simple management skills is missing here.
The waiting lounge is small, unhygienic and seems passage to another house. General washroom is horrible. Behaviour of staff is good. Overall it's good one for abdominal aliments with higher rates
The doctor was nice. But the infrastructure wasn't great. Urinal was in very bad shape and the whole waiting lounge is filled with stench smell from the urinal. The waiting lounge appeared to be a passage for the next house.Hope they see into the holistic care of the patients too apart from treating their ailments.
my mom is suffring from abdominal pain and alots of unnecesary test is done and waiting the result for 5/6 days.and after 2 week of test dr directly prescribe us for chemo and we were very dissappointed.

Doctor was very good but the staff are very bad behaviour we have spent over 50k about all the test 1st tym we paid 25k completely for first visit, test and second time visit we paid over 28k for all the test and we have due only 5k for one test and the report will come after 5 days.i said that I will give you the money after test will come and after 6days i Have go to the hospital with the money and they have said you have due 5k that's why we don't test it and behaviour was too bad at that time they only want money not to cure a patient we have paid over 50k and only for 5k they behave very badly and so unhygienic place and area is too small and not to have proper sites also
