Worst mandhi I had till now. The chicken was not even properly cooked. Mandhi rice didn't have any flavour at all. Overly priced. Mayonnaise and Chutney tasted really sour. I had food here after eating nothing for around 8 hrs, after a train journey. I had to ask for water to be served. Even then, they gave just a glass of normal water and not even a jug. I should have checked reviews before going in there. They boast about not using any chemicals or flavouring substances. Please don't fall for it. Take care of your health my friends. Kindly carry drinking water with you if you plan to eat out, here or even anywhere else. Kindly improve the Quality of food you serve.

The snacks served by Ifthar is the best in the town and their shakes are also good. One problem I find here is that, its quite small and most of the time the entrance is too crowded. If you are coming from a long journey, then do visit the restaurant and have a juice. Its located just opposite to the Aluva railway station.

I used to go to other two outlets in aluva and edappallly. I went to the one near aluva railway station based on the experience I had in other Ifthar outlets . But was totally disappointed. Initially I thought it is someone else faking thier hotel name . It was like anyothet third rate local hotel. Better they shutdown this one not to spoil thier brand name . Poorly cleaned and smelly atmosphere . Presume they ignore this outlet because customers may be mostly train travellers and not regular ones . A big thumbs down for Ifthar aluva railway station outlet .

Worst hotel in Aluva. The quantity of the food is very much low. as this hotel is near to the railway station and to the bus stand they providing low quality food and also charging high of amount. never go here if you are hungry, 3 biryani's maynot be enough for your hunger if you are a foodie.

I walked into the place with the expectation that the dining experience would be comparable if not, equivalent to that of the bigger branch near the highway Aluva. However, I was in for a disappointment. I ordered Kabsa, instead of my usual Biryani, and was surprised to find that it had already been packed. So I was getting pre-packaged food. As if that wasn't enough, the food wasn't warm and any rice dish has to be had warm. Upon further enquiry with the captain, I came to know that all food is prepared in the bigger branch and then delivered here in the afternoon itself and therefore, would not be warm. Nevertheless, I promptly paid without creating a scene because I understand that it's a recent venture and would therefore take time to mature. I hope that my next visit, once they have a working kitchen, will be satisfying.

The overall experience was a bit disappointing. They keep us wait for so long... As the hotel is nearer to railwaystation people who is in a hurry don't go for this... If you are completely free and you can wait for so long for your food then you can...
