Being spacious and well equipped gives a whole different feel of working out .The entire gym including all the equipment is well maintained, faculty is highly approachable. Gym membership and amenities are worth being utilised. I have been training with Aman verma, he cleared my doubts and removed my fears around weight training. He explains the right way to do, always does a check on diet and soreness before starting the workouts and adjusts the exercises for the day.
