Very bad experience with the service team Waited around 2 and half hours for completing the process Only one staff in the customer area making dely in the process and she want to handle all the things and get forget about the current thing what she is doing. Please make some more appointment in the customer service for faster processing

Very bad experience from these insurance.The surveyors are try to avoid the claim settlement.i have applied for a claim on 24 th of July the surveyor arrived after 5 days. The surveyor is find reasons to aoind claim settlement. They are find very silly things to avoid my claim.i got very bad experience from them...
