A big thank you to Ms. Pranali Naik and Ms. Vaishnavi Shinde in the initial design meetings and the patience shown by them to arrive at the customised kitchen layout as per our expectation + budget. The execution team headed by Mr. Juneid Khan had clear communication with us at all times and took extra efforts to adhere to all requirements at site to ensure smooth and perfect execution. Mr. Manoj Vishwakarma and his team executed the cabinet fittings and accessories in a professional manner and explained in detail when queries were raised during installation. The IFB kitchen appliances were also reasonably priced as part of the total deal. All and all a thoroughly professional execution by the IFB Modular Kitchen Team!

Good sales but Poor service Sales person Anjali is doing her great job but technician is fail on his duty Very poor servicing. Poor technician performance, no proper tools. Never on time. Not at all happy with the product and services. *Very rude behaviour of technician* I was a loyal customer if you check on record but now very disappointed and 2'nd ac I took of Samsung I am really very happy with that. But IFB after complaining no one border to ask you or solve ur issue plz don't buy any items of IFB because service is really very poor you have to cry after u buy.

Best service from IFB team Well, I want to quickly put my honest review here is that we had a good purchase experience of our IFB Topload washing machine. We were actually very confused as we were switching for the first time to this Top Load machine and somehow we came in contact with Mr. Vasant Morzo, and belive me he guided us so well with his expertise. Very good knowledge about the IFB products and also demonstrated how it can add a value to my home instead of wasting more time on my old semi automatic machine. I'm happy with the product after a while of use now and I request youl to contact Mr. Vasant from IFB anytime and he is always courteous to help his customers along with his followup. IFB need such people in their team. Hope we will be backed with great service too. Thank you team IFB.
