I bought ac from ifb trusting them but it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. Their service is worst and pathetic, service guys never picks the call. From last 5 days i have been calling them to install my ac, and they dont give a damn. All the service center staffs are ignorant. They keeps ignoring the call. They only make fake promise. From state service manager to the service center guy, all are ignorant. I called krishna rawat, bihar state head, then krishna patna head, then raushan kumar my area manger, first day they picked my call and from second day they stopped picking my call. I am still struggling to get my ac installed. If you want a smooth experience then please stay away from ifb
