Idukki is the most beautiful place I have seen in Kerala. Mostly covered by lush vegetation, the variety of flora and fona in idukki is so diverse and the nature is mostly kept in its original beauty and is unadulterated. It's really great to spend time with nature.

Great place for trekking. You can even camp here for days. The view is really amazing. But beware of wild animals. There is a possibility that they might hurt you and if you hurt them, it can get you in some serious trouble. The main attraction is Idukki Dam. It's really vast and spreads throughout the sanctuary.
