The staff is good, they smile at you when ever you visit on your appointment. The time slot is also comfortable as they give you time to come and they wants to be patient because the number of patients are also in quantity and they have to analyze your problem explain it and its okay to wait for some time. The doctors are very patient as well they listen to you and prescribe you if needed. I have visited the hospital for over 3-4 times and it was pleasant. The doctors, staff and assistants are also very understanble with you and treats you well.
At first i was afraid of dental treatment because of previous experience, after coming to identity hospital, doctors have given so much of confidence and they have treated so well that iam very happy now and treatment cost also very reasonable.. Doctor's and staff also very co operative and down to earth. Thank you identity hospital

I heard doctor is good but felt that is not correct with my visit. No punctuality. He will make patient waits for hours. The front desk person Sateesh always provides wrong info, he forces patient waits by telling false words about doctor availability.

Worst experience ... i had done a root canal at this hospital ..the treatment was not done by a specialist doctor its done by a bds doctors without any experience ...later that i found again some issues on the same rct teeth that which costs extra 12000 for me . And they charge absolutely 5000 for a rct treatment which it actually cost 2000-3000 at outside . Regret for going this hospital after charging that much of money i am not ar all satisfied with my treatment . Highly not recommended to this hospital please be aware
