iDelta Apple Store - Cell phone store in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

I am writing this review at 21:02 and their closing timings on Google is 9:30, i went to their store and their glass door was locked , they told me from inside that the store is closed even there were customers inside who were just checking out the things, i again requested them that I already had words with a female employee inside on a phone call, I am just here to purchase MacBook Air and that's it, but the guy on the main counter is so rude and behaving like I was asking him something for free, he again rudely told me that what so ever the thing is, the store is closed, half an hour is still left to close the store officially, i recommend everyone that do not purchase anything from this store , also I have experienced it earlier when I have bought iWatch from them, that same guy was not even attending us, even after we were calling him to know about the watches, he should be nice to everyone even if they are just to ask or to see Apple products, bcos everyone is a human being.

This iDelta store is one of the best places to buy apple products. Credit for this goes to the staff, specially Pankaj Sir who tirelessly provides support for all the queries asked. Thanks for the excellent service.

I had a great experience with iDelta Apple store . The way , they handle their customers is super awesome. For the student , Specially iDelta Apple store only provides 10% Discount on MacBook Air . All other vendors in Ludhiana will give you only 6% discount on education basis. My special thanks to Mr. Pankaj who helped me at every point whenever I needed him. . Overall it was super lovely experience for me with the iDelta.

They don't tell good offers available on product. And their staff acts like they don't know what education discount provided by apple is. So be prepared and come with proper research about offers if you are coming here to buy something if you wanna save money

I have purchased iPhone 14 pro with Apple Watch late night from this store mr. Pankaj and mr Gurdit gives us best experience they both are very polite.

This store offers commendable and tireless services regardless of the timings of the mall...i recently bought iphone 14 plus from the store and the aftersale services of transferring my data from my old phone( android device) to new device took more than 3 hours due to technical issues.but their service and patience they had was really very good. Even After 3 hours they were very polite and guided Us in an excellent way , especially MR.Gurdit singh, Madam priyanka rajput they worked for us even after their closing time and kept the store open till 12 o clock midnight that was actually something worth talking about.. I definitely recommend this store. If u plan to buy any apple product , they will guide u very well and will provide u the best service in ludhiana for sure.
