I've been training here for 2+ months now. I've taken Personal Training with Trainer, Kamar. I have lost 10+ kgs in less than 2 months without losing muscle. I'm getting in good shape along with losing weight. The trainer is really good and makes you work according to your body type and not just some generic workouts.
