Horrible experience. This was our preferred clinic for our kids. Took my 2 year old for just vaccination and not for consultation, which is a 10 mins job. 3 days ago, they told me to come later as my kid could get sick between other kids. We went today again and were told to come after 45 mins as it was fully occupied. As we came back after some time, the nurse came screaming and closed the shutter on our face, saying, "Come tomorrow, we can't allow you inside now." When i tried to explain her, she didn't even listen to me and closed the door saying,"i am getting late to go home." Nurses here think they are celebrities and least bothered to help. I had a lot of respect for Dr. Vanitha, but keeping these IDIOT nurses, I'll never go back there and would also not recommend anyone else.
Dr Vanita was very humble and professional. She checked my kid and explained everything with lots of patience. I recommend doc Vanita to all the parents out there.
Worst clinic for your children , I personally had a bad experience for my daughter here. . The stuff have no patience with kids and the doctor is also bad . Please don't ever visit this place for ur kids .
Pathetic staffs they want money and money, when i asked the person at cash counter about drips she had charged 1000rs on the day 1 and the other day she has mentioned 1400rs, when i asked her she had no answer for what she had charged extra 400rs and she kept me waiting for 1 hour to show me bifurcation of 400rs and even after 1hour she didn't respond at the end i went without any clarification as i had some imp work, if you are rich and don't care about money then you can visit this place or else i would not recommend it, as they are running a money making bank in the name of clinic. I would have not gave even 1star worst experience ever. I am sure that the very few good reviews have been entered by rich people and close friends of the nurses and doctor working over there.

Ideal Children's Clinic is a good children's hospital in Bangalore city. Vanitha Rao Medam is a skilled doctor This is the clinic that I always visit when my child gets sick. I recommend this doctor's service to everyone.
Worst Experience First of all Doctor was busy taking to other nurse about someone else and Im standing with my baby in front of her . After that when i was telling the problem my kid has even then she was not listening .. She dint care to explain the medicines also properly I asked her what to feed the baby as he had fever and vomitting She blantly said its written in prescription. I was concerned about my babys weight and height , i forgot to ask her few doubts about it so i took permission to renter again and check with the doctor just to have some clarification about it not that i wanted her to treat him for that but out of a parents concern i went in . She was extremely rude and even told that to answer these questions it's chargeable means we need to pay a fee and only during vaccinations they would say about it and will check then now you come for fever and ask these questions blah blah First of all Madam treat your patients equally and with little kindness .you might be a very well known doctor but the way you talk its not good I dont mind paying your fees but some general doubts of patients can be answered politely...we were not asking you rocket science questions that you told its payble and all Just that my babys weight is it fine or not ??? For that question your lecture was unnecessary Not everything is chargeable ... treat ur patients and their attenders with kindness and politeness ... Money comes and goes but in your profession you take an oath how to treat and deal with your patients .. so better dont forget that ... i would have answerd you then and there but i didnt want to create a scene as i had visited to get my child treated .. Thanks NEVER visiting again to your clinic nor recommending anyone else ..
This hospital for children is very good.. Im very happy with the treatment.. Doctor And nurse are caring... The only thing is treatment cost is very high.... Rest of all are good.. Clean and tidy
