I went office for rectify sim issue and followed in a queue to get my turn. It took 10 minutes and sat in chair for to the customers near to a lady office staff and asked them to inform me when my turn comes. The lady in the desk not attending customers on first come first serve basis but rather provide service to people who came after me. I requested her to follow customers because I already on queue and took 20 minutes to inquire my sim related issue. But she responded to me harshly so I left the shop immediately because of her unprofessional behaviour. Decided to discard my idea sim

I have visited this showroom six times in order to convert to Idea Postpaid - Prepaid SIM. There are three staff working here but they have no idea how to help people. i requesting to Idea Vodafone management please provide a training, how to treat and help their coming customers

If anyone went this place to get the disconnected prepaid connection, they will simply push to take the postpaid connection to get them commission or benefits. terrible and worst service.

Very nice service and best person is inthe desk to help the customer . M.. but parking is a problem

For a small service they'd make you wait like forever. Customer support is not at all enough.

Average staff.need more training and change attitude towards customers

Compared to vodafone customer care very poor condition not enough spacious and only 3 staffs.
