This experience is from my bottom of heart it is amazing experience with idea clinic especially Goutham Sir(Chief nutrionist) diabetic remission therapy. Initially before went to Idea clinic bit scared with my Sugar level latter after joining with Goutham sir diabetic remission therapy, I was withdrawn all my diabetic medication with in month ,just it is not diabetic remission therapy it is lifestyle changing therapy,diabetic remission therapy includes just vitamin supplements intake ,protein supplements, lite excercise ,sufficient water intake, Detoxification and major portion includes home made natural diet plan and affordable . Don't think that diet plan restricting intake of all the foods and diet plan is such way that having nutritious food in breakfast,lunch,dinner.
