Poor experience because This is vasavi 19.08.2023 i visited to idbi bank chintal branch for check deposit to my idbi bank they told me on Monday evening this amount credited to ur account as per they said today received money at 2:56 i received amount credited message after few minutes exactly 3:26 on this my amount was debited I want my back either i will approach to ur higher authorities
Horrible response from Chinthal branch. We submitted all the required documents and cheque for a current account for my Church Trust. I submitted documents on 23rd March 2023, they didn't even start the process. My documents are lying on their table. I asked if anything is missing, they everything is ok, yet nothing happens. Can someone help us.
Worst customer service for alone purpose we went to the bank and one staff member came from inside and he asked why you came to the Bank (infrant of the Bank) this type of service I never expect very worst & senseless behaviour
Worst service. The chintal branch staff are not considerate about customers and are always indulged in personal conversations. Don't recommend opening any accounts or investments here for you won't get proper service when you need information or help
Wish I had a "no star" rating available. The clerk in the deposit counter could not be polite when I wanted my own cash to be withdrawn. Idbi is in serious issues. Very bad handling. They say they do not have money to give me when I gave a cheque. Nastiness redefined.
