IDBI Bank - Bank in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We used to get good service from this branch in the past. However, with recent change of relationship manager, the service has deteriorated like anything. Since traffic is a big issue in Bangalore city, we can not change our account from this branch ; else would have done so.

Very good location where the bank is located. Bus stop in front of the branch itself and good parking facilities in front of the bank for 2 and 4 wheeler .But staff are slow in working i think the higher management should look in to improving staff quality as it is a good branch with high potential.

Worst bank for mortgage. Don't go for house loan they don't give safety for original documents. Still they have not returned my original property documents. I strongly not recommend this bank for home loans

I wish I can give negative review. Avoid this place. Employees are lazy. Their phones does not work. They dont respond to emails. They play ping pong with the email address... customer care, rac, individual emails, relationship manager... but none of them work. Do not take the mistake of taking loan from here. In 2022, you dont have a website to check your outstanding, EMI, adjust details for customers on home loans. Can you believe it? I doubt if they are maintaining paper based system for the delays I am witnessing. I paid 10 lakhs part time payment and none on calls or emails was able to confirm that they received this amount for 10 days. Then I asked themt o reduce EMI - 2 months over no one responding. I made more than 100 calls, 15 emails to around 25 people. None respoding. None of them working. All of them sitting on couch , enjoying at TV at home without working.

Worst bank, never use their service and employees are worst, unresponsive to any queries. They only know how to charge money. Such fraud people

Very bad customer handling team. They take forever to provide acknowledgement. Even when you call for something that you need, they take forever to reply to your email. One worst customer handling team. Please never take loan from this branch. Branch manager needs to look into changing people handling the phone department..

I had the worst experience in this bank. They treat customers very badly i had very bad experience with Mr Chandra Sekar who is the assistant manager. I consulted him for educational loan who doesnt know any thing about it. He made us to wait for long period of time and havent responded.

If you want to experience a worst banking service in your life, here they are to make your life miserable. They do not have a clear plan and waste a lot of time of fellow customers and prospective customers. The bank customer executives or managers doesn't respond to you email, looks like they are all dead.
