Randomly found this palace on a MakeMyTrip search. Took a chance! We had a good stay here. They need to pay attention to a few details like the sheets and pillow covers. The place has all the basic amenities but can definitely be better. The room is compact. Overall clean but some upkeep is definitely needed. Staff are ready to help. The check in and out was super simple and easy. The location is easily accessible and connectivity isn't a problem. Ola and uber are easily available from this location.
This used to be very nice boutique hotel around 5-6 years before. Now they are at their lowest level of quality and service. Quality of rooms, staff, breakfast even linen , pillows and bed are at lowest level. Not a worth place to stay for decent families. They should think seriously for renovations . Location wise they are best.
Hotel is close to station and has food markets nearby. Food is good, Room service is good, Amenities are Ok, Cleanliness is good. Room size is small and doesn't have a good view. The swimming pool timing should be more flexible. It is only till 11am-7pm becoz of Restaurants timing. Should be a 3 star rather than a 4 star. Won't recommend for family.
Hotel location and rooms are nice but service is not good. Single towel for couple available in rooms during check in, when asked to provide, staff gave used wet towel and replied towel are not available. Breakfast service not good. No coffee, no katories available, juice kept but almost empty jars. Lots to write there. Over-all not recommended.
3.5 - Decent place. Twas off season, so we got a good price for the place. Rooms are good, but they need renovation. The bf was pretty limited, don't recommend.

nice ambience but lack of cleanliness...dust everywhere in the room....waterflow in the toilet is not upto the mark. sink gets flooded with water. tea bags and milk powder are limited...only 2. breakfast is just ok

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.
