Wonderful service by Azarudhin, greatest taste than greater Chennai , the quality of food is something mesmerising and you will never regret an ounce of it. Their coffee, idli, dosa, etc, they are just incredible. They have gift of greatest chef who keep pulling the customers like Sun's gravity. The one and only set back, the management can mourn about it is their service. The new staff don't even soak themselves even after mugging Service definition from Oxford university. If they do even just spell and speak SERVICE definition for sure they can crack even 5 star restaurants. Jokes apart, rest all is great !

Wanted to have Sadhya on Thiruvonam day and gave a try at ID @ Nexus Forum, Chennai. Confirmed a reservation the previous day, but that had no impact given the crowd that had swarmed up. After a wait of nearly 30 minutes, was sat and served a basket of upperis with piping hot pathimugam. The sadhya thali arrived a good 20 minutes after. The waft of aroma was instant and comforting. The fare was flavorsome and sumptuous. Requests for refills were met with a smile and were quite generous. The parippu vada, pal pradhaman, pazham dosa and erisseri require special mention. But what stood out was the service which was a big notch up. Despite the demanding crowd, constant requests for refills, insta-feedback, the service team kept the tempo on. Kudos to Mr. Lokesh & team!! You folks rocked!!

Had mini sambhar idly,poori masla,appam and parotta. Service was average.they take lot of time to take order and give to table.the ambience is good.

Went here for Onam Sadhya (Rs. 449 pp). What a big disappointment! Instead of Upperi, you get packet banana chips - one sweet and one salted! The Olan tasted like medicine :( Beans thoran was not cooked properly. Some of the dishes were served cold, straight from the freezer. Instead of serving on a banana leaf, all dishes were placed in cups on a plate, and the overall experience was hardly appetising. The only saving grace was the service. Our waiter **Chandran** was kind and responsive, and helped us settle well. He also ensured the kids were comfortable and happy.

I'd like to mention few things here. We ordered sampoorna thali. Firstly they took a lot of time to come take the order. We literally got even water after asking many Times. It was a little frustrating since ID comes with big respect. again the items in the thali were not hot. Especially if ur planning to serve both parotta and idiyappam (I presume it's IDs) it must be hot. It was super dry. Also, the rice was in a hot box but not as hot as it was expected to be. Paying ,300 rs for a lunch n served in a mediocre way is not what I'd suggest id to do The items variety was good and taste was fine. We were told the vadam was only served once with no refil. We ordered two sampoorna thalis and we were given one serving of vadam but the person next to us ordered one thali and they got their vadam the same quantity of one huge box that was expected to be shared by two in our table. It's a good thing they gave us a refill after we pointed it out. Pls ensure this Is corrected. Also, one or two serving ppl actually bothered to hear what we wanted. Rest all just left the place

Glad to see iD back with a bang. Such lovely interiors and tasty food. Loved it.

The food is wonderful. I am happy with all the dishes that I have tried there so far. Their butter milk is something extra special. The place is neat and the price is reasonable. The service is excellent from everyone that I have got to interact with.

Ambience was good. Cheese Dosa and Kokum sarbath tastes good. Service also good. It's located next to PVR SPI Palazzo Cinemas in the third floor of Nexus Vijaya Mall.
