ID Square residency - Hotel in Parbhani - Parbhani, India

The location was awesome, exactly infront of Railway station, value for money, clean, hygenic, eqipped wit amenities like wifi, tv, ac, etc., lift and proper lightining. Everything except the courtesy of the morning staff was not good.. It was learnt that the hotel has 24 Hrs check -in & check-out policy. We reached Parbhani stn early in the morning and asked the staff (morning one) to just allow us to have a bath and we will leave & come back at 11 (the time scheduled as check-in time) Though rooms were vacant & hotel had 24 hrs checkin policy, we were told to pay Rs. 300 extra as early check in price. We intimated that , we wud check-out next day before 7 (so the 24 hrs clause is adhered too), still it was denied saying early check-out is ur problem... As if no ampathy. Other than this, all good.

Rooms are very good. Near to bus stand and railway station. But having problem of parking.

I giving 2 stars because there's no separate room for single person. Minimum room rent is 999 in sharing & that has no privacy if you wanted to make sharing room then why dont use bunk beds then only 200 to 300 will be sufficient for that. Even sharing will be sometimes OK but at least you should have provide some separate cupboards & locker but that is also not there & single rooms price is 1799 & this is too much for single average person. I liked the ambiance, service & rooms cleanliness but you have to work on separate rooms or provide lockers & cupboards is that sharing room. But personally I want that same room for single person @1100 or 1200 maximum.

Unproffessional Service. The kept Laundry for entire day and night return back saying it was not done. One cannot expect a cup of Tea also in morning as they require to be paid 20 Rs first and then serve just 30 ml Tea after half hr. Extreamly hard water of boaring. No satisfaction of taking a bath even. Overall only location and show is good of the hotel. Rest is not matching the class

The rate offered by GoIbibo is really cheap comparing others. Hotel is neat and clean but they dont provide food, though arrange everything. Overall OK

Very poor service .. I stayed in hotel second time thought that services would have been improved .. but regret.. when I checked in and process was going on .. the woman on reception was busy talking with her sister .. hotel charges advance payment .. which is not acceptable .. the woman was there called me after finishing tak with her sister and asked for room charges in advance as stated it's her shift ending .. when I checked out .. there was a printer issue and the person there asked me give some time till 8:45 pm on 17th of feb and assured me he will send bill copy on my whatsup.. see it's 19th feb still I didn't get it .. and when I called in hotel the same lady picked up call and said I don't know anything.. guys and travellers don't stay in that hotel .. very poor service .. Thanx

Rooms are good. But need to maintain privacy by maintaining the architecture.... Service is too slow. Parking is the main issue. Veg restaurant is good, breakfast is too good!

Its one of the new hotels opened nearby Railway Station. Its good to hav such property nearb station. Tooma are clean and good cleanliness.
