Bot chappathis yday.. Pathetic packaging..all stuck together like wet tissue papers.. Damn difficult to seperate..And not getting roasted evenly.. Won't buy again.. Their dosa batter also lost value..

I had bought 4kg ID Idli dosa batter from super market, I used to buy it normally, but this time When I made Idli I was feeling a taste of Baking soda, So I tought it might be my taste issue, But when I made Dosa Out of it it was having the same issue. This is rediculous I am not expecting this from ID Company. I am going to give it for Lab test and if I feel there is an issue, I will give a case in consumer court. I will not leave if I see that there is baking soda in it.

I was using the batter from long time. Over the time I started the problem of acidity. When observing my diet, i realised that I'm having acidity only on days I'm eating ID dosa batter. They claim to be 100% natural, but doesn't reflect in their product. Very bad. I won't suggest working people or bachelors to use it at all. Ask your cook or maid to make batter inhouse if you are craving a lot. But don't eat ID.

I have used this batter for 6 months between 2019-2020 continuously. Base on that below feedback. I am sure there is soda mixing. Using for 1 or 2 days you won't find any issues. Taste everything will be good. If you are using regular you can find a issue like burning sensation after having 3 r 4 dosa every day. They are giving false promises like no soda. But I am sure there is a soda content because of that you will feel burning sensation. Recently I used for a week. I can feel burning sensation. If you are going to use 5 r 6 time per month then you can go for it. But it is not safe for using all time. For kids shouldn't give this food. Highly recommend.

Worst product I had. An employee at iD has informed me that they use Animal meat and bone powder in their products at it not vegetarian as they claim.

Id is the best . I have used so many of the Idly / Dosa batters of others, but Id is the best. They seemed to have nailed the recipe exactly, and it is always the same. You can the pictures taken by me in the Bangalore foodies club. People want to know how come my idly looks so airy and soft,what is the recipe. I told them there is no recipe all credits go to ID only. I like all their products.

Quality is lost on ID food products, moreover its overpriced now. Most of their products are available in better quality and reasonable price from local manufactures or home made sellers.
