The employees there are the worst! They don't even know how to talk to their customers! I went to the store 2 times to get the bill of my lighting cable and they told me that there server is offline and said to me that they will send it to me on mail. It's been 4 months and I haven't received the bill. I would recommend you to go to the DD Puram icrust not this one

I asked to them the price of Iphone 7plus 32Gb varient and they said 42000rs and on official apple website the price is 37900. So icrest is providing very bad service I am very disappointed by this. You can buy iphones online on flipkart at very low price.
Please be careful while buying from here. If you are ready for worst experience (in case of problem) then go buy from here. They say that buying online might be risky but this store can change your mind making the offline purchase risky as well. I bought iPhone13 2 days back. I noticed that iPhone logo was scratched from inside 2 days after purchase. I complained to them that I have been given a defective piece, but they didn't exchange, or return and refuse to provide any resolution. There's no point of purchasing from this store if they can't even sort out for manufacturing defects. Now I have to send my phone to Bangalore and wait for 10 days for resolution which they could have handled at their end as it is a manufacturing defect.
