It's been 4 months associated with iconic fitness HSR branch, my PT is Mr. John, excellent knowledge about fitness and well trained, he knew whom to give what kind of workout. Though I joined with the experience, i learnt how to hold the weights, machines, postures and different types of workouts every week. Now I feel healthy, have good stamina and change over. He also suggest simple diet and food plan. More than that he maintains the respect and good manners. My only request machines quality can be improved. I started training at Iconic Fitness. The good thing about this place is the equipment and trainer, all equipment are good in shape and getting sanitized for each individual. Talking about trainers, feels overwhelmed and readily available to provide support during training. This particular gymnasium accompanies novices to professionals. I am training under the supervision of Mr. John. He knows his play and provides me essential info on diet and workout, under his supervision I've lost 3 Kgs in just 2 weeks. I talked about all the good things but the only thing I'm missing out on is the swimming pool but will definitely be built in the near future. Thanks!! Stay fit..

Amazing 1 month, lost more than 2 kg in last 3 weeks. Muscle stiffness and strength also improved a lot. Stamina is also getting better. Lower back pain is also gone now.
