All department are good , giving proper information about all basic needs to patients realtive regarding bills, patients stay, pathology, pharmacy and OPD,CT MRI.

Staff is incooperative. They don't let family members to meet patient when patient is in pain. Its so heartbreaking. ICU staff also don't do their work properly patient has to ask them a lot for anything. Also they don't do proper care of patients in ICU.

The patient care is very good and all the facilities are available under one roof, and all the staff are very courteous to the patients and their relatives. And all emergency services are done faster in Icon hospital than all hospitals in Akola.

Icon Hospital is very good multispeciality hospital mostly famous in Akola. Micro Department is also very nice and lab is well developed. Icon hospital provide good services for patient.

Icu1, and 2,ICCU,staff is provide their best efforts for patient and very careful. They follow given diet plans. ICON HOSPITAL is best hospital, provide advance facilities for best treatment of patient.
