I had a great experience with room reservation. Tried booking online, but had to contact the hotel directly since I required late check-out. I am thankful to Ms Ashwini who helped me out and offered a better price for the room reservation. She also took care of the late check-out process and ensured a hassle free stay. The room was good but cleanliness can improve. Overall I had a good experience.

I had an impressive stay at the hotel while working nearby. The service was outstanding, and all facilities were in perfect working order. The staff, especially the front desk team(aswini), exhibited a professional and accommodating attitude with constant smiles. I would rate the rooms, service, and location 5/5 each.

We went to a birthday party, their hall is ok to accommodate 50 people. However, a big let down was the food, taste waise the food was ok, but there was a big white warm crawling over the carrot and white rice, we informed the staff and they apologized for it and took photos (I forgot to take one) and when they showed it to the manager their manager was laughing instead of taking any corrective action. Think before you are thinking of throwing a party and your guests have the same experience. BIG NO to this place.

Great stay, staff is helpful and available at all times. Shruti and Ashwini from the reception desk are really helpful. Breakfast is really good and also the hotel has a really good rooftop restaurant with good food. Overall it's a good place to stay when coming for a business trip.

Hotel infra needs lot of improvement, AC had problems , the tv is old no smart internet TV. Hotel is trying to be 3 star but it's fit for 2 . Food is also not great however staff ensured to make corrections. Staff services is superb as they realise the gaps and try to overcome by proactively supporting coming forward and helping to sort out any issues. They have a human touch as well , hence I stayed back. Restaurant staff Amit and Team were excellent. AC was not working 3 times during my stay , gentle lady Shruti helped me out by arranging AC repairs and resolving issues. Staffs keep up the good work and Sr Management must think about reinvesting on old infra.

Located just beside the ORR More Megamart Flyover, this provides an easy access for most commutes. They have dedicated parking and the party hall is right on the ground floor. We had about 95people who attended my daughter's first year birthday celebration and they managed it very well. Thank you Tantri ji. Food was well appreciated by all the guests and the pricing was also very reasonable. Thanks to the entire team for making our occasion a memorable one.

Last Sunday I celebrated my daughter 1st birthday with 50 guests. The party hall has enough space. My guests were very happy & satisfied with the location & the food preparation. They have budget friendly food plates/menu. Good parking space, can accomodate more than 30+ cars. I should thank to the Manager, staffs & also the cook for their response. We were able to celebrate birthday as per our expectation.

I had an issue with AC in the room. I called reception but no action taken. When I went for breakfast, guest relations officer shruti enquired about my stay, I informed her that ac is not working. She immediately acted on it and resolved. Appreciate her customer service attitude n quick response.
