Such a beautiful stay. Very very friendly staffs and rooms are very hygiene and clean. Stayed for two nights and really had a pleasant stay. Good for all kind of travellers. They have a good parking space and located in heart of city accessible to every requirement. Reception peoples are so informative and they do exceptionally great compare to the premium hotels. Would love to visit again soon
Clean rooms and hygienic washrooms. Great service by the hotel. It's in the centre of the town.Only con is that the road to reach the hotel is a bit narrow. Apart from that everything was good.
It was a great stay for my family. The two hosts Nighil and Ranjith were really helpful . They also provided internaries for our trips and helped us with transport. Room service was also good. All the staff are exceptional. Will recommend this place for sure

Excellent location, great value for money and good service. The fact that the owner allowed extremely late check-in at 2am and allowed late check-out 2pm for no extra charge is truly commendable.
Rooms and toilets are very nice and clean. Hotel located at 100m away from the heart of Kalpetta town. The Kalpetta Old bus stand is very close to it. Food delivery is available from Zomato and Swiggy. The NEWFORM restaurant is also at walkable distance. The only problem faced is the access road to Hotel from the town/main road. The 100m long access road is almost congested. Buses and Force Travellers may not reach to inside the Residency premises.
Location is too good. Seems new hotel. Good rooms and bathroom. Near by Udupi to have food. Pure veg. Hotel has parking and good sitting place to chill. Overall very good experience
This is one of the best places in the budget near the Kalpetta bus stand. The rooms were very clean and the services were always very prompt! Ranjit was in reception and he made sure we get everything on time. We kept our luggage in reception and used the common washroom in the evening. You can't even imagine how clean the common washroom was!

Staff here is really good. We booked room in hotel and we cancelled it due to cancellation of trip. They refunded amount in very less time. If we plan to come to Wayanad anytime we will definitely book room in this hotel.
