I was there for 12 nights with my infant baby. Silent room was allocated to me which has back side view. Room was neat and clean. Staff was very good and supportive. Suggest if you have baby with u then please let them know in advance.

The rooms were good but restaurant was very weird. You will hardly see more that five staff members at any time. I had ordered some chicken starters whose quantity turned out to be VERY little. The chicken was also not cooked properly and tasted quite stale. I'd really think several times before visiting their restaurant again.

The service was good, the rooms were tidy, the restaurant food was good and reasonable price. The negtive points are: There is no smoking area There is pub on 5th floor which play loud noise at nights.

Rooms are decent but it's not a quiet room as the outside traffic noise infiltrates continuously be it day time or night time. In night, after 10 pm, there is a pub in the ground floor which has a heavy sound and bass that makes it uneasy to sleep at night till 00:00 AM as its loud and the room is vibrating. I was told by the management that the pub was not their property. The above things needs improvement so that the customers shall have a quiet and pleasant stay.

Too bad, slow service, no tap functioning properly, toiletries given to customer is worst, front end staff is totally untrained, you don't get cabs from here easily, if you order a Phulka roti in restaurant they take 45 long mins to deliver, rooms and bathrooms are too small for dual accommodation also toiletries used are substandard quality, front end team is completely clueless about lot of processes , they take two days to figure out if they can issue GST invoice to you and then too they will enter it wrong

Best hotel in a very convenient location. The complimentary breakfast is really good. The hotel staff are really polite and helpful.

They are here to loot people. Booked my stay from yatra and added a request for early check in. Booking was done before 10 days of stay. No one replied if i can checkin early or not, neither noone told about charges for early checkin. Once we reached the hotel they spoke about charges and did not give the checkin without paying full day charge. When asked to cancel the booking they were not ready to do that also.

The stay was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and hygienic. A special mention to Aarti. Was very hospitable!
