Stayed here for 4 days, the rooms are very nice, the blue tint really suits the interior. They have a decent wifi for your phones and laptops. The in-room dining service is prompt and offer sumptuous food. They have a basement parking option available for bikes and it was perfect for my motorcycle. The staff is polite and listens to requests. I recommend this place if you want an affordable stay close to the 100ft road.

We hired the party hall for our nephew's 1st birthday party. The party hall is spacious enough for about 70 member crowd. Food per plate was Rs. 550. There won't be charges for party hall more than 50 plates are ordered at the time of booking. Food was also tasty.

I had booked an banquet hall for my sons birthday, and they forgot to do the decoration for the event. They forced us to hire there decor agent and when we went there, to our surprise hall was not decorated. They set up the banquet hall, and dint even notice that the hall was not decorated for the event. What kind of management is this?? Seriously i will never ever do or suggest any 1 to do an wvwnt here.

The hotel is good. However one suggestion to management is to allow for delivery boys to deliver food to the room or have the staff send it to the room. It's 2023 and we're in the tech capital of India where lakhs of food deliveries are done in a day and having such rules is just outdated.

It was a pleasant experience the hotel staffs were friendly and supportive especially nandhakumar for over all help.Hotel rooms are clean we can feel like home.Breakfast is complimentary all the dishes are good. Overall good to stay here.

Location good Front office staff good behavior and ready to help. But...... Thw Food Quality is horrible. Also the person who takes your order when you call on the room service number is mannerless. He would insist on what he likes rather than honoring your preference. He fails to understand that he us in hospitality sector where guests preference is the top most priority. Also he would make you feel that he is doing a favour by serving you food. I feel my overall rating for the property has gone down because of my annoyance towards this person.

We had booked the conference rooms for our daughter's first birthday. The entire experience was excellent starting from visiting the place, looking and deciding the menu, food itself and ofcourse the event day. All the staff helped in getting things done and we're extremely helpful. We had about 140 guests that came and everyone love the good service, the event decor, the conference rooms and the scrumptious food. The pricing is a bit high but value for money. Thank you team Icon for the experience. Will definitely recommend.

Went to simply native and the food was awesome. Service was smooth and on time. Place is not very big but gives an old world charm to the diners. Wholesome food served.
