Pathetic service. Out of the 6 customer service counters, only 2 of them are operational. For a simple part withdrawal request, it takes more time. It is not that they don't have staff, there are plenty of staff chatting at the background. Wonder why this Nungambakkam branch can't get some more staff into the empty counters and service the clients better. At the moment, one word to describe the service - PATHETIC!
To convince me to take a policy, they called 5 times a day. And aftr paying the initial premium and sharing all docs, there is a delay of 1 month now and they don't even respond to calls and messages. Still waiting for my policy.
Absolutely waste of money. Received less than bank interest. The staff talk down to the customers. 'Thunivu' film is just a drop in the ocean. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN ICICI PRUDENTIAL returns are bad and getting the money from the organisation is very difficult.

What ever compliant we give to them, they do not respond to it, parking place is there for icici, but security will never allow you to enter your vehicle into compound, you need park your vehicle on next street and should walk 200meters.
Ola Uber auto's are finding difficult to locate this building and area despite of google map .vehicles stops behind the building where there is no sign board or icici logo seen. Ended up paying the auto and cabs three times of the displayed rates.verybad experience.
