If you want to get a new credit card they will get everything done smoothly from the comfort of your home. After that you can't do anything. For everything you will need to go to the bank. The NRI team is pathetic , dont know how to manage client. For name sake they are Relationship manager but dont know anything abt Relationship .Would request people in general not to go with ICICI NRI services with this present team.
I have received SMS from ICICI giving contact numbers of Relationship Manager and Relationship Supervisor with assurances that the said persons can be contacted for ANY help and assistance in banking matters. Till date these numbers have been either non contactable or temporarily out of service.What a comedy
