Worst employees and experiences this branch .... No one can proper knowledge... they have no manners to behave like a customer.... Irresponsible persons ... i went there to know my credit card issue and asking for a help to resolve it but they didn't give it.. And they didn't bother about rectifying the issue and retaining the customer. Especially one lady staff her name is deepthi and credit card staff his name is alvin both are very irresponsible staff ... they are not aware how to treat customer and their problems

I have given my details for an NRO account in June 2023.They said it will be ready soon and you receive your ATM Card and passbook within 2 weeks. It's not ready yet now and i didn't receive anything. My husband went to the bank 5 to 6 times to enquire about this and every time they are telling like within 2 days..... I think no experienced staff is there to handle things.. So my suggestion is think thrice atleast before you go for an account with ICICI Angamaly.

You get the answer for the question you asked, and they are efficient. But not bothered to go beyond that. I went there to close my account due to the issue with deducting MAB even when I maintained an FD for the amount equal to MAB always. Though I have told them the reason, they did not bother about rectifying the issue and retaining the customer.

I visited bank several times. First time visit experience was horrified in terms of navigation. This location is wrong. I myself reported that so many times in Google map itself and even once pointed to bank staff. They said will be fixing soon. But still location remains same. Bank service was okay. And bank Actually is in 'Angamaly' not in 'Karayamparambu'. It's almost opposite to Sunny Silks. Kindly please report current location as wrong and get people rid of wrong information.
